Our 'mindfulness' definitions: 

  • Managing your mind. We call it taking Radical Personal Responsibility (RPR). 

  • Learning to love (yourself, and everything else). 

 


 

We see mindfulness as the foundational skill of living well. Our minds create everything that comes-in and goes-out, and improving things at this level changes our entire lives (and the world) for the better. 

Mindfulness ‘works’ on the premise that there is an innate goodness inside every person, but most of us have to practice in order to reconnect with it. Once we do, then we live our lives as expressions of it.

To do this, we must learn to be the leaders of our own minds, and then manage them well. This is the practice

 

Daily Practice

Mindfulness is transformative when you practice every day.

But that can be hard to do on your own. That's why we show up every day to support you – live online & on-demand.

Join our community of practice and start transforming your mind and life...as well as your family, team, organisation, and our world. 

We offer two practices:

1. Our 10-min Practice is a great place to start, and guarantees that every day will be 1% better. (10-mins is 1% of a 16 hour day, and we believe there is nothing better for your self/mind than the practice.) 

2. Our 45-min Practice is there for when you have the time, inclination and/or necessity to go a bit deeper. 

Some of you might even decide to embark on our 7-year journey to become a Modern Monk. 

Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to the most advanced yogis.
